Fix8 Media Squarespace Designers Build Nonprofit Ministry Website

Finding a haven of comfort and hope can literally mean life or death for some facing hard times. This is the mission of South Carolina-based nonprofit Haven of Rest. The bible-based program and ministry helps those facing major life challenges, such as homelessness and addiction.

An outdated website drove the Haven team to seek a refresh in Squarespace that would serve a dual purpose: to spread the word about the nonprofit’s services to those in need, as well as attract interest from potential donors. Fix8 Media Squarespace designers and developers redesigned the nonprofit’s website in the Squarespace Mojave template, updating the aesthetic while keeping the mission front and center. Bold calls to action encourage visitors to get help or give help.

The Fix8 Media Squarespace development team also integrated the nonprofit’s current donation tool, Blackbaud (powered by eTapestry), into their new Squarespace website, enabling a seamless transition to the new platform.

Haven of Rest now has a modern, impactful Squarespace website with which to spread its mission of help and healing.
