High End Architecture Firm Updates Squarespace Website for 2019
There comes a time in some business’s lives when the company outgrows its website. That time came recently for Fix8 Media client Bories & Shearron, a high-end New York City architecture firm that first hired our Squarespace designers in 2014 to design their website. These renowned architects have been featured in such prestigious publications as Architectural Digest, Elle Décor, and House Beautiful. With an evolving business and growing portfolio, the firm sought to redesign its site and kick off 2019 with an updated look.
Moving from the Squarespace Momentum template to the Squarespace Mercer template was the first step in this website refresh for the discerning principals of the company. The home page slideshow opens with the firm’s striking logo, followed by images of their impressive work. The navigation offers several options to click into galleries of the firm’s work, from houses to apartments to gardens. Each portfolio of work is beautifully designed for easy access to architectural line drawings, images, and other specifics for each project. Also included is a Press page for all of the firm’s media coverage, a simple Contact page, and a link out to Follow Bories & Shearron on Instagram.
In total, the redesigned website captures the breadth of work this high end architecture firm has amassed in its impressive portfolio while providing potential clients with ideas and inspiration for their projects.
