Reply to Clients’ Form Submissions Directly Via Email       

Duda now provides an awesome feature that enables you to reply to contact form submissions directly from the email address connected to the form. This new feature not only enhances productivity, but ensures that your potential clients are receiving exemplary customer service and support. 

Although form submissions are still sent from a no-reply email address, you may now just click the Reply button in your email, and the new message will go directly to the email address of the contact form submitter.
