A luxury office space demands a high-end website for marketing purposes. When the real estate development team of Vermilion and Newmark Knight Frank partnered on the 605 Davis office space project, they turned to Fix8 Media’s website design and development experts for a custom solution. Having built an impressive portfolio of real estate websites in both the Duda and Squarespace platforms, Fix8 Media was the perfect fit for this project.
Working in the Duda web platform, the talented team of web designers at Fix8 built a gorgeous custom Duda website for the luxury office space located in Evanston, Illinois, just outside of Chicago. Having worked with the real estate developers in the past on other commercial real estate marketing websites, including Flyte El Segundo, 1977 Saturn, and 1925 Maple, Fix8 Media pushed the limits with 605 Davis St., adding a number of custom features that really make the website stand out, including:
- A custom Views section on the Duda real estate marketing website, which allows the user to click on three different building elevations for a 360 degree interactive view from that elevation.
- A gorgeous panorama of an interior rendering of the office space on the Building page.
- Downloadable floor plans and “test fits” for a variety of office configurations, adding to the interactivity of the website experience.
Together, the custom elements enhance the core website build, leading to further engagement with potential lessees of this impressive office building with views of Lake Michigan and the Chicago skyline.
